1. Cancellation Policy

Bookings once confirmed cannot be canceled directly through the app or website.

If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact our support team at the earliest. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the respective temple.
2. Refund Policy

Since bookings are processed with temples in advance, refunds are generally not applicable once the pooja is confirmed.

Refunds will only be provided in cases where:

The temple is unable to perform the pooja on the selected date/time.

The service is canceled by Pooja Prasadam due to technical or operational reasons.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Users will be notified via email/SMS once the refund is initiated.
