3. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective temple.

Full payment must be made online at the time of booking.

Please ensure all details provided during booking are accurate.
4. Prasadam Collection
Prasadam is not delivered. You are required to collect it directly from the temple by showing your Order ID at the temple counter. Without a valid Order ID, prasadam will not be issued.
5. User Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Order ID and booking details. Misuse or misrepresentation may lead to denial of service.
6. Service Modification
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pooja Prasadam is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations initiated by the temple. All temple-related decisions are at the sole discretion of the temple authorities.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kerala, India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
